I have the acerscan u and can not find the free OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit. Check the Windows 7 Compatibility Center to see if the scanner will work with Windows 7. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. I'll use mine as long as I can. Just check the "Tools" in both the web installers will do. How can this be resolved.

For no apparent reason, on trying to start it, I get a popup box which says "Scanner not found, ensure power is on and all cables are firmly plugged in". If I'm not mistaken, that scanner was out right after the U Acerscan -- and there was not a Win7 driver nor a Vista driver for it.
